You can smoothly get started using ChatDip by registering your phone number and staying connected to your friends, family, and businesses. You can download the ChatDip app from Google Play or the App Store. An active phone number is a must to use while registering an account for verification purposes. The only way you can activate your account is to confirm your phone number with a registration code. You will receive the code through SMS or phone call. You have to agree that you are solely responsible for activities that occur on your account whether you have authorized such activities or not. As a user, you need to agree to notify ChatDip immediately about the unauthorized use of your account to avoid disagreements.
You will see a verification screen after you register your phone number successfully on ChatDip. The 2FA is an optional feature that adds more security to your account on ChatDip. The user creates and confirms a unique PIN that is needed to access your account when enabling this feature. The Two-Step Verification PIN is different from the registration code. You will have the option to enter your email address while enabling two-step verification. In case you forget your PIN, ChatDip will email you a reset link, and help protect your account.
